About Planet Retro

Who / What is Planet Retro?#

Planet Retro is one guy in Weston-super-Mare, south west UK.

I've been tinkering with electronics since college back in the 90s (yes I'm that old), and started my programming career on my ZX Spectrum at age 7. I've always got loads of ideas for new retro-computing add-ons, and the first WiFi card I built has been plugged in and working on my +3 since 2022 - it's just taken me this long to start producing them and put a proper website together!

You can find me on BlueSky here or email me at hello@planet-retro.co.uk.

Expect more things to pop up for sale on the site (eventually)...

Support, refunds etc.#

If you have any issue with anything you've bought from the site, please drop me an email and I'll try to resolve it. If something is genuinely faulty (and not because you spilt tea on it), I'll send out a replacement or give you a full refund. No BS, just drop me an email and I'll sort it out.

Do you ship or sell outside of the UK?#

Not usually. I might make an exception for EU countries if you ask nicely, but the price of items will increase accordingly to get the thing shipped to you.
